What support do we offer?
Providing support through our call line and Messenger service is our primary focus. We have trained respondents who can carry out emotional conversations without judgment. They are culturally competent and aim to validate the challenges people experience as a result of mental health concerns. Sukoon takes a holistic perspective by recognizing the intersectionality of callers in society. We are a team of listeners who are trained and passionate about what you have to say. We are here to empower you, and hope to work with you to recognize your own strengths, protective factors and a sense of hope.
